Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Ragged Priest tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
